Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload from initial assignment through settlement or final resolution
• Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to each client's objectives
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case status and expectations
• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable statutes, case law, and regulations
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
• Represent clients before the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission
• Partner with Case Managers to ensure efficient case progression
• Maintain accurate case documentation within the firm's case management system

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Workers' Compensation litigation experience
• Trial or hearing experience before the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission
• Experience negotiating settlements and mediating disputed claims
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or other legal case management software
• Experience supervising or mentoring legal support staff
