Responsibilities
- Litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation
- Handle claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss
- Represent clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and retail
- Collaborate with experienced shareholders and associates on case management and skill development
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent legal writing and research capabilities
- Strong communication skills
