Workday Technical Analyst 4

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders as a subject matter expert to provide direction for HR tools and systems
• Plan, design, and configure Workday modules including Data Structure, Security, Business Processes, and Role design
• Manage the execution of system changes, enhancements, updates, releases, and integrations
• Support the full analysis and delivery lifecycle, including creating test scenarios, performing functional tests, and resolving defects
• Oversee the documentation of all development activity, technical requirements, and evaluation plans
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and non-technical personnel
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product requirements and determine integration needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of Workday Configuration experience, preferably in an SME role
• In-depth expertise in at least one Workday module: Recruiting, HCM (including core comp), Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Security, or Absence
• Hands-on experience using EIBs across multiple template types
• Proficiency with Test Management or Change Control tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
