Workday Supply Chain - Sr Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and implement Workday Supply Chain Management solutions to transform business processes for diverse clients
• Identify and document business requirements and provide functional design
• Perform prototyping, including scenario design and flow mapping
• Manage testing, user training, and the definition of support procedures
• Configure Workday software and execute test/use cases
• Assist with the prioritization and sequencing of workstream efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday SCM or ERP finance domains
• 2+ years of experience leading SCM workstreams and project teams
• Workday SCM Professional certification (or ability to obtain it upon joining)
• Completion of at least one full life cycle Workday SCM implementation
• Demonstrated knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs
• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant area of specialization
• Functional knowledge of SCM systems and processes
• Experience defining systems strategy and developing system requirements
• Experience acting as a lead and mentor to junior staff
• Strong presentation skills using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
