Workday Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules such as recruiting, benefits, and compensation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless operations
• Implement Workday enhancements and new features to improve system capabilities
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the Workday platform
• Provide ongoing user support and develop training materials for end-users
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide HR data insights
• Support HR and business units through project planning, execution, and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master's degree in a related area is an advantage)
• Proven experience in Workday module configuration
• Strong skills in troubleshooting Workday system issues
• Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation within Workday
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
