Workday Recruiting Lead

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM and Recruiting domains to deliver functional solutions.
• Lead workstreams independently, applying Workday and Accenture methodologies to meet client objectives.
• Host workshops and lead discussions regarding HCM and Recruiting functionalities.
• Liaise closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to ensure robust solution delivery.
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets to enhance the Workday learning experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience and certifications in Workday HCM Core Services and Workday Recruiting.
• Strong consulting skills with an understanding of the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and meet client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong HR background with experience driving Workday Recruiting agendas in a consultant or client-side role.
• Additional Workday certifications.
• Knowledge of other Recruiting solutions.
• Hands-on Workday implementation experience.
