Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert on Workday PSA and integrated applications
- Build internal capability to manage changes without external partner support
- Resolve assigned tickets for Workday PSA and integrated applications
- Develop enhancements from concept to delivery in collaboration with functional resources
- Maintain expertise in Workday functionality and industry PSA technology trends
- Safeguard global design standards against competing change requests
- Recommend continuous improvements using technologies like AI and RPA
Requirements
- 7-10 years of global ERP support experience in complex organizations
- Strong technical knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations
- Deep understanding of professional services processes and systems globally
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring growing teams
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with IT and business stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
