About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement Workday in multiple countries within an assigned region
- Execute tactical work plans including data collection, contractual analysis, and user onboarding
- Participate in workgroup meetings, testing, and provide status updates
- Prepare and manage key stakeholders and user groups for audience readiness and training
- Escalate issues and risks to the project team and Vendor Manager
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Monitor key metrics and CTQ to ensure goals are met
- Assist in developing regional communications, adoption, and engagement plans
- Ensure projects remain on budget through payment and invoice validation coordination
- Serve as a dedicated resource for system development, implementation, and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of vendor management or consulting experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a leader or team lead capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with mid-size to large projects and technology implementations
- Ability to work flexible hours for multi-time zone meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-lingual skills (English plus an Asian language)
- Six Sigma experience
