Workday Integrations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Picof, and PECI
• Develop custom Workday Extend applications to meet business stakeholder needs
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and technical contact for existing integrations
• Lead integration aspects of Workday system upgrades and ensure compatibility
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure system security and compliance with SOC and SOX requirements
• Manage integration projects from conception through execution

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Workday integration development and support
• At least 1 year of experience with Workday Extend
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT Reporting, PECI, and Cloud Connectors
• Proficiency in XSLT and XTT/ETV data transformation languages
• Ability to design complex reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday integration certification
