Workday Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration design and delivery using Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage data mapping, transformation, and validation processes across inbound and outbound integrations
• Oversee integration lifecycle management, code migration, and production hyper care
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Workday integration best practices and design patterns
• Lead activities around Workday releases, including impact analysis and regression testing
• Build and deploy integration business processes, calculated fields, and condition rules
• Support non-Workday integrations such as Greenhouse and HireVue
• Drive automation through Workday Extend applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience (Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, REST, SOAP)
• Strong understanding of Workday data model and business processes (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Compensation, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience with complex reports, calculated fields, and business process design
• 3+ years of experience with data transformation, validation, and integration error handling
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, and integration debugging
• Experience with API authentication, encryption, certificates, and SFTP frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend or custom app development
• Experience working in global environments with complex integration landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro certification or experience with a certified Workday Partner
• Experience with BIRT, Adaptive Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Peakon, and Workday Learning
