About the role
Responsibilities
- Prep, conduct, and lead effective Workday solution demonstrations across multiple functional areas
- Tailor materials and demos based on client needs and competitive landscape
- Develop and deliver product presentations, workshops, and seminars to support sales or marketing
- Partner with account teams to understand customer strategies and expand Workday footprint
- Conduct discovery sessions and lead product solution scoping for Statement of Work development
- Facilitate client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert
- Provide end-to-end solution and design details during the sales process
- Support the transition of customers from Sales to Delivery
- Accurately estimate effort and resources required for projects
Requirements
- Current Workday Partner Certification
- Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations across functional or technical areas
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills for technical and executive audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in Pre-Sales or Sales Consulting
