Workday HCM Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
• Partner with HR stakeholders to provide data and requirements for Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions to meet evolving business needs
• Manage and support Workday release cycles, including analyzing new features and assessing impact
• Administer Workday security, including security group updates and access controls
• Support compliance activities by ensuring HR data and system configurations align with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Workday HCM Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM
• Specific expertise in Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave modules
• Strong experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations
• Proven ability to manage complex issues independently and work as a self-starter
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate validation under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certification
• Experience using Peakon, Greenhouse, or ServiceNow
