Workday Functional and Product Support

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Core HCM and security frameworks.
• Analyze and remediate tenant configurations to improve global consistency, data quality, and scalability.
• Partner with global HR, Payroll, IT, and Security stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage security impacts arising from new configurations, system releases, and organizational changes.
• Act as the functional owner of the Workday tenant, ensuring stability across Production, Sandbox, and Preview environments.
• Oversee Workday release management, including impact assessments, regression testing, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM configurations, security roles, and business processes.
• Ensure all configurations comply with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM, HRIS product management, or digital HR transformation.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration and tenant remediation.
• Strong practical knowledge of Workday Security, including domains, business processes, and access-based controls.
• Strong understanding of core HR data models and the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work with an Agile mindset and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate technical complexity clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday HCM Pro certification.
• Workday Security certification.
• Experience integrating Workday with local HRIS and third-party systems.
