Responsibilities

• Manage, support and enhance the Workday Financials environment ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Conduct regular audits to monitor system performance and recommend upgrades
• Collaborate with business units and Workday SMEs to drive process optimization and transformation
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workday Financials and provide training to the business
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial systems
• Configure, test, validate and implement Workday business process changes
• Design, maintain and optimize system configurations
• Support Workday releases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong experience owning and configuring Workday Financials (Revenue, Accounting, Spend & Tax)
• Ability to design custom reports, calculated fields, and condition rules
• Experience maintaining Workday tenant security across functional areas
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
