Workday Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with external clients through all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment for Workday HCM applications.
• Execute medium to large client deliverables across multiple concurrent projects using established consulting methodologies and quality standards.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while providing subject matter expertise to recommend optimal solutions.
• Articulate Workday best practices and lessons learned to clients to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide direction and guidance to less experienced colleagues by reviewing deliverables and directing work.
• Participate in internal business initiatives and the Workday ecosystem to build the company brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Workday Certification (or the ability to successfully complete and maintain relevant Workday certifications).
• Proven consultative skills with experience implementing complex business solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
