Workday Consultant

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in Workday Core HCM and related business processes to achieve client business results.
• Lead implementation planning, fit analysis, and design sessions to gather client requirements.
• Execute configuration, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
• Assist clients with the design and implementation of Workday HR, Benefits, and Compensation Management modules.
• Resolve functional business issues and configuration errors across various HR modules.
• Manage role provisioning and security to ensure appropriate access to HR data.
• Evaluate new Workday releases and assess their impact on current client processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience in implementation planning and configuration.
• Strong skills in unit testing and functional troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certification.
• Experience with Workday Time Tracking or other Time and Attendance modules.
