Workday Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with external clients through all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment for Workday HCM applications.
• Execute client deliverables from start to finish across multiple concurrent projects using established consulting methodologies.
• Manage individual work against project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Assess client needs, provide subject matter expertise, and recommend optimal business solutions.
• Articulate Workday best practices and lessons learned to clients to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues by reviewing deliverables and directing work.
• Participate in internal business initiatives and Workday ecosystem product groups to build the company brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Workday Certification (or the ability to obtain and maintain certification).
• Proven consultative skills to guide client discussions and reach agreements on solutions.
• Experience implementing complex business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
