Workday Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and document complex business requirements and processes for Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking deployments
• Lead design and review sessions and workshops with technical and functional resources at all levels
• Manage Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations through all lifecycle stages, from business need through design and delivery
• Act as a Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide and recommend solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor task progress against project plans and report status and issues to leadership
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and communicate feedback to leadership
• Manage multiple parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques

Requirements

• Master's degree (M.Tech/MCA) or Bachelor's degree (B.E/ B.Tech)
• Minimum 65% cumulative CGPA from 10th grade through Post Graduation
• Deep expertise in Workday Absence Management
• Deep expertise in Workday Time Tracking
• Proven experience in business requirement documentation and project lifecycle management
