Workday Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Support PECI integrations for payroll and benefits vendors
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of integrations
• Ensure compliance with Workday security frameworks and governance standards
• Provide day-to-day support for integration issues and enhancements
• Document integration designs, workflows, and technical specifications
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to present solutions and best practices

Requirements

• 5 years of Workday integration experience with strong exposure to HCM and Finance domains
• Hands-on expertise in EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and PECI
• Solid understanding of Workday data structures, business processes, and reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certification in Integrations or Studio
