Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy
• Configure and enhance Workday functionality, including business processes, workflows, and reporting
• Act as a key point of contact for Workday support and troubleshooting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve system adoption and identify automation opportunities
• Develop and maintain Workday documentation and standard operating procedures
• Produce and optimize Workday reporting and analytics to deliver actionable insights
• Perform regular system audits and data validation checks to ensure compliance
• Support ongoing Workday releases, enhancements, and new functionality

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Workday (HCM and/or Financials)
• Hands-on configuration and support experience
• Strong understanding of Workday business process frameworks, reporting, and data structures
• Experience maintaining data integrity and governance standards
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues in a live environment
• Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders
• Strong capability in Workday reporting and analytics
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
