Workday Adaptive - Sr Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive and Workday FIN systems
• Focus on financial planning, analysis, and system configuration
• Assess load files and manage data integrity
• Collaborate with teams to drive operational and digital transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Up to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, economics, or finance operations (including internships)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for assessing load files
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday configuration
• Workday training and/or certifications
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines
