About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Workday Adaptive and Workday FIN systems
- Focus on financial planning, analysis, and system configuration
- Assess load files and manage data integrity
- Collaborate with teams to drive operational and digital transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Up to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, economics, or finance operations (including internships)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for assessing load files
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday configuration
- Workday training and/or certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines
