About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices within Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules
  • Host workshops and lead discussions to define functional solutions that meet client objectives
  • Independently lead workstreams and report on progress to ensure project milestones are met
  • Liaise with client counterparts, external vendors, and Workday to deliver robust HR solutions
  • Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies to drive successful technology implementations and transformations
  • Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets

Requirements

  • Prior experience implementing Workday HCM, Absence, or Time Tracking modules
  • Experience with relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP, Infor, or Cronos
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align diverse groups
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong HR background with experience driving the Workday agenda in a client or consultant role
  • Experience with additional Workday modules beyond Absence and Time Tracking
  • Current Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
  • Mid-level Workday implementation experience
