Work Student, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Management team in day-to-day tasks including product strategy, delivery operations, and stakeholder communication
• Research market trends, user needs, and competitor offerings to inform roadmap decisions
• Contribute to the documentation of product requirements, customer feedback, and cross-functional input
• Help maintain and grow the internal global knowledge-sharing community
• Take ownership of small-scale initiatives from concept to execution
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business administration, business informatics, international management, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Seeking a working student position (up to 20 hours/week during the semester)
• Structured mindset with strong attention to detail
• Genuine interest in SaaS, product development, and digital transformation
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in office suites and research tools
• Experience with JIRA or UX design tools (Figma/Sketch) is preferred
