Work Student, Learning & Development

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of leadership training programs, workshops, and internal learning initiatives
• Create and update presentations, learning materials, and documentation to ensure high quality and consistency
• Manage key LMS activities, including content uploads, participant tracking, and data accuracy
• Prepare and support sessions by coordinating scheduling, invitations, and agendas
• Maintain internal L&D pages and resources to ensure information is current and accessible
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve learning initiatives
• Support the analysis of learning data and contribute to reporting for stakeholders
• Ensure structured communication via tools such as Outlook and Teams

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Psychology, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field)
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive and reliable mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; basic Excel skills preferred
• Interest in leadership development, facilitation, and organizational development
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environment
• High attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences
