About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver client engagements in rewards strategy, compensation analysis, and workforce planning.
- Manage complex consulting projects to ensure profitable revenue, high client satisfaction, and associate engagement.
- Drive new business generation by facilitating discovery discussions and developing high-quality proposals.
- Act as a thought partner to senior colleagues in designing solutions for client human capital needs.
- Mentor and coach consultants and analysts, fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Build collaborative client relationships to expand service offerings and understand evolving business issues.
- Contribute to WTW's brand visibility through intellectual capital generation and industry research.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of design-oriented rewards experience in a consulting or highly consultative corporate environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex project engagements and leading professional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable themes and trends from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent executive presence with persuasive oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to influence management at all organizational levels.

- Competitive base salary range ($157,600 - $236,400) and eligibility for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
