Work Preparer/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works involving static equipment, piping, boilermaking, and metal structures
• Prepare and monitor shutdown works and new installation projects
• Manage installation revamping activities
• Organize and coordinate team workflows and task planning
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety rules and site instructions
• Manage technical documentation including operating procedures, material lists, and permits

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree or higher in a relevant technical field
• Proven experience as a Work Preparer or Supervisor in industrial installations
• Experience working within unit shutdowns in the industrial or petrochemical sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of piping, boilermaking, and static equipment
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, isometric drawings, and technical plans
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate technical interfaces and lifting requirements
• Strong coordination skills to interact with maintenance, subcontractors, and clients
• Experience in high-pressure environments requiring rapid reactivity
