Work Preparer Road Construction

Responsibilities

• Prepare work, quality, and inspection plans for execution
• Create and manage schedules and monitor progress
• Coordinate internally with work preparers, site managers, project leaders, and environmental managers
• Maintain contact with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and permit authorities
• Ensure timely availability of purchased services and materials according to quality and safety standards
• Monitor project costs and identify extra or reduced work
• Prepare reports and contribute to complete handover dossiers
• Propose efficient working methods and optimization solutions

Requirements

• Mbo or hbo level in civil engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a work preparer, project engineer, project coordinator, or site manager at a medium to large contractor
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to solve technical complex issues and work independently
