Work Preparer Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical files and specifications
• Prepare construction sites including methods, operating procedures, and resources
• Develop schedules and coordinate various stakeholders
• Consult with suppliers and monitor procurement processes
• Update technical documents and end-of-project files
• Monitor prefabrication processes within the workshops
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality regulations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BTS CRCI or Licence CACI degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Highly rigorous and organized with strong analytical skills
• Ability to travel throughout the Ile-de-France region
• Must possess a personal vehicle for site visits
