- Observe and shadow various teams including Marketing, HR, and Customer Success
- Attend internal meetings to observe professional communication and decision-making
- Participate in an entrepreneurial "Dragons Den" exercise focused on educational technology
- Engage with different departments such as IT and HR to understand business operations
