Work Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance for the USAFE GPMS vehicle fleet
• Analyze vehicle maintenance data and ensure compliance with USAF and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Initiate and submit annual and monthly maintenance schedules for all USAF vehicle assets
• Monitor vehicle workload and coordinate with supervision to control workflow
• Track vehicles "Down for Parts" (VDP) and update status to "Down for Maintenance" (VDM)
• Coordinate with Material Control to ensure parts are correctly entered into the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
• Maintain and edit all vehicle historical records and initiate Material Deficiency Reports (MDR) using JDRS

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a vehicle maintenance environment
• Required USAF experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Windows Operating Systems
• Experience with DPAS or the ability to successfully complete required USAF DPAS courses
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a host nation driver's license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs and work in a maintenance shop or warehouse environment
