About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and review complex maintenance planning packages, including labor estimates and step-by-step instructions for unique program equipment
- Prepare, review, and issue equipment modification, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance work packages
- Analyze time and material requirements for unique or complex work activities
- Develop detailed instructions for the isolation, containment, or de-energization of mechanical, electrical, chemical, or radiological systems
- Manage and expedite the priority of work packages and ensure data accuracy across CMMS and internal tracking tools
- Ensure all work control results and processes meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and security protocols, including lock-out/tag-out policies
Requirements
- Degree and 12 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive knowledge of work control, materials management, and mechanical maintenance
- Deep understanding of work hazards, safety practices, and lock-out/tag-out policies in complex facilities
- Ability to interpret complex mechanical and electrical documents, blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Proficiency in using computerized work management systems such as Asset Suite or SAP
- US Citizenship is required to obtain a Q clearance
