Word and PDF Expert

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive document review, editing, and formatting in Word and PDF to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control effectively across large and complex files.
• Create, edit, and fill dynamic forms and templates tailored to diverse professional needs.
• Execute precise data extraction and consolidation from Word and PDF documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and confidential document solutions.
• Implement and enforce document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance-driven projects.
• Train and support stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF functionalities and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience working intensively with Word and PDF tools.
• Advanced proficiency in document formatting, tracked changes, reviews, and markup.
• Master's, PhD, or JD degree in a related field (e.g., law, healthcare, academia, public policy, or finance).
• Proven track record of supporting Fortune 500 clients or working in highly regulated environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive materials discreetly.
• Self-motivated and effective at working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialist roles such as legal professional, healthcare administrator, academic researcher, or government consultant.
• Proficiency in advanced PDF features including form fields, digital signatures, and secure document handling.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-impact Word and PDF project delivery.
