Woodshop Production Associate/Wood Fabricator

Responsibilities

• Assist in project setup and execute work plans
• Utilize layout plans and verify accuracy of drawings and measurements
• Communicate issues that impact the project
• Perform carpentry and woodworking duties with care and detail
• Learn and use power tools such as table saw, router, and staplers
• Operate safely in the work environment
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift background preferred
• General math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Keen eye for detail with ability to adjust as needed
• Background in construction labor, fabrication, carpentry, or mechanic work preferred
