About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise UAW Skilled Trades Personnel in the construction of Concept and GVDP properties
- Develop, coordinate, and track the DCF property plan for all major property builds and fabrication requests
- Administer GM/UAW National and Local UAW Agreements consistently
- Drive first-time quality in the build process of models
- Lead and personally perform tasks required for show vehicle fabrication, including troubleshooting and modifying build strategies in fluid environments
- Manage resource and workload planning, tracking, and reconciliation
Requirements
- 10 years of fabrication experience
- Experience in engineering, fabrication, and the build of Concept Vehicles, Exterior/Interior Design Properties, and Proof of Concepts
- In-depth knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes
- Expertise in resource and workload planning
- Strong technical, organizational, administrative, and leadership skills
- BBA or equivalent professional experience

- BBA degree
