Wood Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handle wood structure projects through all SIA 21 to 53 phases
• Perform structural modeling and calculations, including seismic verifications
• Develop technical details and execution plans in coordination with project stakeholders
• Work in a team with experienced project managers, architects, and specialized partners
• Participate in the preparation of tenders and associated technical documents

Requirements

• Engineering degree specialized in wood construction or equivalent training
• Ideally 2 years of experience in wood structures
• Proficiency in structural modeling and calculation, including seismic calculation
• Drafting skills for carpentry and assembly plans using software such as cadwork 2D/3D
• Excellent command of French; English and/or German is a plus
• Dynamic, organized, autonomous, and proactive personality
