Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing wood pieces for projects
• Support machine setup and material handling under supervision
• Operate basic woodworking tools and equipment
• Help carve, sand, assemble, and finish wood components
• Follow shop drawings and work instructions with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist team members with moving materials and setting up workstations
• Observe and learn from experienced woodworkers on carving, inlaying, and finishing techniques

Requirements

• Basic woodworking experience or coursework preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
