Women's Rugby Head Coach

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Women's Rugby club program, including practice development and competition attendance
• Develop and implement a positive, transformative team environment focused on student leadership and development
• Manage administrative duties such as team travel, game scheduling, budget management, and travel arrangements
• Recruit prospective students to maintain a roster of 30 or more athletes
• Identify, supervise, and recruit volunteer assistant coaches
• Adhere to all Campus Recreation policies, protocols, and risk management practices
• Attend all required Club Sport Coach meetings and relevant college functions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of rugby experience as a player and/or coach
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to abide by all league rules and regulations
• Valid driver's license
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED (or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire)
