Women's Health NP/PA

Responsibilities

• Provide gynecology-focused outpatient care including annual exams, contraception counseling, and STI consultations
• Evaluate and manage reproductive concerns such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, and fertility assessment
• Support patients through menopause, perimenopause, and sexual wellness needs
• Provide whole-person primary care for common outpatient concerns like respiratory, digestive, and skin issues
• Conduct mental health screenings for anxiety, depression, and stress within scope
• Review labs, develop care plans, and communicate results to patients
• Partner with physicians, RNs, and behavioral health providers to deliver coordinated care

Requirements

• Active California NP or PA license
• National board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, NCC, or equivalent)
• Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
• 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience as an NP or PA
• 2+ years of experience in women’s health, gynecology, or reproductive health
• Experience managing gynecologic concerns like PCOS, endometriosis, and abnormal bleeding
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a WHNP, FNP, or PA in an OB/GYN or integrated primary care setting
• Experience managing menopause, sexual wellness, and weight management
• Experience practicing in a collaborative, tech-enabled care model

• Base salary range of $140,000 – $160,000
