About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and operate all phases of a competitive Division III women’s bowling program
- Conduct coaching during intercollegiate contests and practice sessions
- Coordinate the recruitment of student-athletes to meet yearly roster goals
- Connect student-athletes with campus resources to support academic success
- Manage the program budget, equipment inventory, and team travel arrangements
- Collaborate with Athletic Communications on media relations and promotional needs
- Adhere to all NCAA, CCIW, and Elmhurst University rules and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as an assistant or head coach in women’s bowling
- Proven track record of successful student-athlete recruiting
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with prospective students
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Ability to travel frequently for recruiting and competitions
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds frequently
