Women's Bowling Coach

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate all phases of a competitive Division III women’s bowling program
• Conduct coaching during intercollegiate contests and practice sessions
• Coordinate the recruitment of student-athletes to meet yearly roster goals
• Connect student-athletes with campus resources to support academic success
• Manage the program budget, equipment inventory, and team travel arrangements
• Collaborate with Athletic Communications on media relations and promotional needs
• Adhere to all NCAA, CCIW, and Elmhurst University rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience as an assistant or head coach in women’s bowling
• Proven track record of successful student-athlete recruiting
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with prospective students
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Ability to travel frequently for recruiting and competitions
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds frequently
