About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of the women's basketball program in accordance with NAIA, Conference, and University rules
- Provide coaching and support to student-athletes
- Lead recruiting efforts and evaluate prospective student-athletes
- Perform public relations and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head Coach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level
- Thorough knowledge of NAIA rules, higher education, and intercollegiate athletics
- Proven recruiting experience and knowledge
- Excellent communication, organization, computer, and social media skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and departmental recruiting test
