Women's Basketball Assistant Coach & Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-court training, individual and team practices, and competition preparation
• Support player development through training methods to improve skills both in and out of season
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations, including team travel, hotels, transportation, and meals
• Assist with game scouting of opponents and the preparation of game plans
• Oversee video exchange with opposing teams and secure practice times at host institutions
• Promote a culture of academic success and support student-athlete monitoring and advising
• Coordinate team community service initiatives
• Ensure adherence to all NCAA, America East Conference, and university regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of two years of coaching experience at the high school, competitive club, or college level (or collegiate playing experience)
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Valid driver's license
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
