Womens Basketball Assistant Coach

Responsibilities

• Instruct student-athletes during practice sessions, workouts, and athletic events
• Prepare personalized instructional plans covering technical skills, film study, and total athlete development
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including evaluating prospects and maintaining a recruitment database
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress and assist with the implementation of academic programs and study halls
• Ensure compliance with national, conference, and institutional rules and regulations
• Attend professional development opportunities to enhance coaching and instruction skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Playing experience or student assistant experience in basketball
• 1-3 years of intercollegiate coaching experience or high school coaching experience
• Alignment with University Christian standards, including faith, service, and lifestyle expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
