Womens Basketball Assistant Coach

Responsibilities

• Instruct student-athletes during practice sessions, workouts, and athletic events.
• Prepare personalized instructional plans for in-season, off-season, and summer activities, including technical training and film study.
• Assist with recruiting efforts by evaluating prospective players and maintaining an accurate identification database.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress and assist with the implementation of academic programs and tutoring.
• Ensure compliance with national, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
• Attend professional development opportunities, seminars, and conferences to enhance instruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Playing experience or student assistant experience in basketball.
• High school or 1-3 years of intercollegiate coaching experience.
• Alignment with University Christian standards, including faith, service, and lifestyle expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
