Women's Lacrosse Graduate Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the Women's Lacrosse program, including day-to-day operations and administrative duties
• Support recruiting efforts and monitor student-athletes' academic and athletic progress
• Help organize practice sessions, game strategies, and film breakdown
• Assist with fundraising initiatives and community outreach programs
• Support student-athlete development through team building and character development programs
• Facilitate academic monitoring and the integration of academic success into the sport

Requirements

• Must be accepted into a graduate program at North Central College
• Experience playing or coaching lacrosse
• Experience in athletic administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in college athletics
• Enrollment in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership or Master of Arts in Sports Leadership programs
