WMS Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a WMS team/sub-unit within a larger Project Task Force focused on migrating client SAP WMS to a proprietary platform
• Generate and maintain project documentation, including scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, and status reports
• Develop project milestones, track costs, and monitor development and testing progress
• Document and track project issues and risks, communicating status updates to management, clients, and stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding SAP WMS, including As-Is assessments and To-Be consultations
• Coordinate meetings between clients/stakeholders and HQ Project Task Force teams in South Korea

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or WMS-related roles
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean to coordinate between US-based clients and South Korean HQ teams
• Proven experience and knowledge of SAP WM or LE modules
• Managerial experience with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of Project Management processes, resource management, and organizational strategies
• Ability to travel domestically as required by the project
