WMArchitect Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient manufacturing of single-use fluid technology products and maintain high-performing assembly lines.
• Lead and train a team of operatives to develop a multi-skilled, engaged workforce.
• Organise, prioritise, and distribute daily workloads to meet production plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards, BS EN ISO 14644 cleanroom requirements, ISO 9001, and cGMP standards.
• Manage assembly line set-up, operational supervision, and line clearance activities.
• Conduct regular work-in-progress reviews to maintain product quality and address defects.
• Maintain accurate production data within support software and manage team attendance and leave.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead daily Level 1 Self-Directed Team boards.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on an assembly line, specifically with manual assembly of plastic injection moulded products.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team to deliver outcomes aligned with production plans.
• Experience working within a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of BS EN ISO 14644 cleanroom requirements, ISO 9001, and cGMP standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear objectives to a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using production support software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
