Withdrawal Management Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the Case Management Team
• Supervise frontline workers, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training
• Manage a client caseload, providing individual sessions, crisis intervention, and risk assessments
• Lead weekly case management meetings and participate in community partner networking
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with funder and organizational standards
• Monitor shelter safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols
• Assist with program budgeting, statistical reporting, and recruitment of new team members

Requirements

• Two-year college diploma in a related social service field
• Three years of progressive experience in social services, including supervisory or team lead experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification
• Non-Violence Certificate and Mental Health First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to provide a satisfactory background check, including a Child Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable populations and navigating complex social service systems
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate crisis situations and manage conflict
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and cultural sensitivity
