Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich IP-Law

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research and develop actionable proposals, particularly in patent and trademark law
• Support in- and out-licensing processes by reviewing and drafting contract texts
• Manage smaller projects and assist the team with large-scale international projects
• Maintain direct contact with project stakeholders, including branding, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Take ownership of individual workstreams within the legal department

Requirements

• Completed at least four semesters of law studies with strong academic performance
• Completed First State Examination or nearing completion
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new software
• Ideally, prior experience in IP law or within a law firm
