Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the development of electrical systems and wiring harnesses
- Develop technical solutions in accordance with customer requirements
- Drive and coordinate development activities with internal experts and external partners
- Ensure technical dialogue with design, production, purchasing, and suppliers
- Contribute technical expertise and continuous competence development within the team
- Participate in improvement work related to working methods, innovation, and business development
Requirements
- University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
- 8–10 years of experience in electrical design within the automotive industry
- Extensive experience in wiring harness design, EDS, routing, and electrical system development
- Experience with tools such as Saber
- Proficiency in 3D tools like Creo or Catia
- Experience with vehicle configuration and specification
