About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wire and cable components to final mechanical configurations using blueprints, process instructions, and specialized tooling.
  • Prepare cables for assembly by stripping insulation, crimping contacts, and potting connectors.
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, and visual aids.
  • Verify product quality at required intervals using dimensional measuring equipment and basic electronic testing equipment.
  • Operate assigned machines, including laser engravers and material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of manufacturing assembly experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and process worksheets.
  • Proficiency in using dimensional measuring equipment and basic electronic testing equipment.
  • Ability to set up and operate assigned machinery and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to product quality and safety compliance.
